As an Executive Producer at this studio in Copenhagen, you will deliver a multiplayer project across multiple platforms with a focus on delivering the best game experience possible. If you’re a strong communicator who is proactive and loves working on AAA games, you could be the perfect fit for this position. 

This team are working on the development of some world-famous IP which is loved by millions. The team take pride in their friendly and welcoming culture, with a multinational team and a reputation for talented people, if you align with their values, you could be the perfect addition to their team. 

Executive Producer responsibilities: 

• Execute and deliver the creative vision for the game 
• Manage and align Senior Producers, Leads and Directors 

• Define, plan and execute milestones 
• Create and update goals and budgets 
• Control and report progress on each project area 
• Present project progress to the board 
• Achieve approvals at studio meetings 

• Look after hiring, appraising and coaching the game management team 
• Track and manage issues and risks 

Essential requirements for this role in Copenhagen: 

• Deep understanding of the production process and working in a AAA production environment 
• Experience working as a Senior or Executive Producer on 2 or more AAA titles 

• Presentation skills 
• Strong understanding of project management methods and software packages 
• Budgeting, controlling and reporting skills 
• Strategic flair
