Executive Producer in Kelowna

We are looking for an Executive Producer with an excellent track record to join this mobile game studio in Kelowna, Canada. For this studio, making games quickly and testing them with real players is their route to success, and this method has lead them to the creation of award-winning games.

As an Executive Producer at this studio, you will take on a role of great responsibility. Taking on a wide range of roles form creating product updates to communicating with stakeholders to keep them in the loop, this position certainly isn’t short of variety. As a part of the team here, you will be able to enjoy an excellent profit-sharing bonus on top of a hugely competitive salary. Executive Producer responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the overall vision of the games
  • Focus on nurturing team members by supporting development and creation of upcoming and existing games
  • Inspire production team to deliver the best work possible
  • Work with artists, designers and development team to create new products and game features to excite players
  • Use data and insights to prioritise updates that players want to see in games
  • Advance workflows of the product team to ensure high performance and creativity
  • Ensure stakeholders are aware of product KPIs
  • Lead the hiring and recruitment process

Key requirements for the role in Kelowna:

  • 4+ years as a Producer
  • Experience creating digital products, ideally mobile games
  • University degree (or equivalent) in Business/Arts
  • History of change management within teams
  • Understanding of user acquisition/retention and engagement
  • Able to lead by influence
  • Understanding of project management and project management tools
  • Able to use player feedback to upgrade game features
  • Experience publishing to multiple platforms would be beneficial but is not essential
