Esports Production & Logistics Manager

In your first few weeks in this Esports Production & Logistics Manager role, you can expect to: 

• Manage the event operations by vendor/agency, including game-day and non-game-day related event setups and activities 
• Maintain and develop relationships with a wide variety of vendors and suppliers 
• Coordinate the relationship and productivity of stagehands, rigging, and other labour contractors 
• Work with various arena and team departments to meet event staffing and production needs 
• Assist in planning and executing event-related expenses and budgets 

To apply for this Esports Production & Logistics Manager role, you will need at least three years of experience in a media agency or TV production environment with demonstrated effective event management, technical, and personnel management experience. You will also require the following: 

• Significant successful and compatible event facility experience, business experience, or similar event experience (preferred) 
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills 
• Proven ability to organise and coordinate projects and personnel 
• Familiarity with crowd management and control techniques
