Are you a Senior Workday HCM Analyst looking to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join a global organisation and support ERP applications, processes, and integrations across North American operations. This is a critical, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about optimising enterprise systems to deliver real business value.

As a key advocate for the ERP platform, you will work across functional areas including Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Procurement, and Contract Management. You will play a vital role in managing system changes, improving workflows, and partnering with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and meaningful outcomes.

Reporting to senior leadership within the ERP function, you will collaborate closely with global support teams to ensure regional and global alignment while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

This opportunity offers significant scope for growth, particularly for someone interested in progressing into leadership roles.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting ERP applications, processes, and integrations across North American operations

  • Acting as a key point of contact for HCM, Finance, Procurement, and Contract Management modules

  • Leading change management efforts, planning and coordinating ERP system changes

  • Optimising system workflows to enhance operational efficiency and user experience

  • Handling complex, escalated user requests and providing expert solutions and recommendations

  • Escalating critical incidents to higher-level support teams when necessary

  • Collaborating with global ERP support teams to ensure consistency and alignment

  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on key performance indicators related to ERP service delivery

  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments

What we are looking for:

  • Significant experience working as a Workday HCM Analyst or in a similar ERP support role

  • Expertise in managing and supporting a wide range of Workday modules, including:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Payroll
  • Benefits Administration
  • Recruiting
  • Talent Management
  • Compensation
  • Time Tracking
  • Work and Project Management
  • Financial Management
  • Expense Management
  • Procurement
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Security
  • Reporting
  • Prism Analytics
  • Workday Strategic Sourcing (sourcing and contract management)
  • Strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • An interest in professional growth, with ambitions to move into leadership roles over time
