Engineering Manager key responsibilities: 

  • Manage resource allocation across projects 
  • Support and mentor team leads 
  • Drive execution, manage priorities across multiple teams 
  • Plan and execute a roadmap for development tools 
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of work 
  • Manage growth of the tech department 

Essential requirements for this role in London: 

  • Experienced mentor and manager through the full game lifecycle 
  • Thorough understanding of agile development, cloud services, back end, security vulnerabilities, risk management and documentation 
  • Passionate about technology

A little bit about the city: London   

As the English capital, London is known to be a city full of opportunities. Additionally, the Night Tube, a 24-hour service, is available on Fridays and Saturdays, making getting home after an evening exploring or catching up with friends a breeze. Aside from the Tube, London offers buses, river buses, black cabs, ‘Boris Bikes’ and trams, so getting around the city should never be a problem!
