Country Manager in Europe

As a Country Manager at this organisation in Europe, you have the opportunity to work from France, Germany, or Spain as you will be responsible for developing eCommerce strategy for their main client. This will involve managing initiatives to drive growth on marketplaces as well as their own website. It is essential that you have plenty of experience in the automotive industry, as well as experience with selling online. 

This rapidly growing company is keen to offer the opportunity to provide insight into eCommerce technology infrastructure, and what it’s like to run a successful eCommerce business. Country Manager key responsibilities: 

• Drive initiatives to grow eCommerce business in the UK 
• Analyse product performance and create merchandising strategies to drive profit 
• Lead a team of marketing and product data specialists 
• Research customer behaviour to understand shopping trends, content engagement, etc. 
• Manage the sales growth marketing strategy calendar 
• Ensure copy across all platforms and channels is consistent and regionally appropriate 
• Build content to support local marketing activity 
• Client management 
• Travel to and from client in Germany 

Essential requirements for this role in Europe: 

• Significant experience working in a management role 
• Experience of working in an eCommerce/digital environment 
• Experience of working in an automotive or part sales environment 
• Demonstrable stakeholder management skills 
• Experience of working with delivery teams to define acceptance criteria
