The overall objective of the role is to be responsible for supporting the Dutch customer with your expertise in country-specific payroll and supporting the operational teams in meeting client(s) deadlines.
In your first few weeks in this Payroll Manager role, you can expect to:
- Work to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Provide daily support to the internal external teams, to successfully deliver payroll
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the Country Solution Workbook
- Manage the legislation roadmap for Dutch Payroll and ensure the team are upskilled in upcoming changes and processes are updated where needed
- Ensure all system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details

- Good knowledge of Dutch payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
- Knowledge of Payroll Systems (Oracle, SAP, etc)
- Prior work experience in project-driven environments
- Familiarity with inputs and outputs such as third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and other key areas that integrate with payroll
- Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment
