As a Dutch Payroll Specialist, you will support the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client(s) deadlines. You will also work with management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise.
In your first few weeks in this Dutch Payroll Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
- Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives
- Provide daily functional support to the teams to support the successful delivery of payrolls
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook
- Update, maintain and enforce the Defined Work Instructions DWIs and other process documentation
To apply for this Dutch Payroll Specialist role, you will need a BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will also require the following:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment
- Knowledge of payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch and/or French
You'll receive an excellent salary of up to €60,000 and a benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
