Director of Analytics in London

As the Director of Analytics at this studio in London, you will be overseeing all data, analytics and reporting needs for all games across the studio, working to provide the best possible player experience through analysis and insights as well as leading and mentoring a team of professionals. 

This studio is owned by a games giant and is home to several top-rated titles! Director of Analytics responsibilities: 

  • Drive analytics for all games within the studio and wider business 
  • Own object evaluation of game health and all content releases 
  • Provide insights and guidance from studies 
  • Mentor and manage an internal team 
  • Build models to predict behaviour 
  • Drive strategic initiatives 
  • Work towards the wider analytical organisation’s success 

Essential requirements for this role in London: 

  • Track record in leadership roles with impressive results 
  • University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Maths, Statistics, Economics, or similar 
  • Extensive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing 
  • Significant prior professional experience in team management 
  • Experience with different programming languages (SQL/R/Python/Scala) 
  • Experience in the games industry or working in SaaS or mobile apps
