As a Digital Marketing Manager at this organisation, you will be working on a hybrid basis, spending some time working remotely and some time working on site at their offices in London. Within the role you will be on a mission to acquire new customers across online markets, deliver on marketing plans, seek out new opportunities and a whole lot more.

Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities: 

  • Develop and project manage digital campaigns 
  • Drive growth through paid search, paid social, shopping, affiliates and more 
  • Manage direct reports to ensure they are developing their skills 
  • Identify new opportunities online to acquire new customers 
  • Lead testing using robust methods 
  • Look after reporting on a regular basis 
  • Build relationships with third parties and suppliers 
  • Plan and implement brand awareness campaigns across social channels 
  • Set and manage the digital marketing budget 

Key requirements for this role in London: 

  • Significant prior online marketing experience 
  • Experience managing multi-million annual budgets 
  • Analytical skills and data-driven 
  • Campaign planning experience 
  • Experience managing digital agencies/working for an agency 
  • Able to develop junior team members 
  • Experience across Google Ads, Bing and Facebook 
  • Experience working with bid management software 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 
  • Understanding of product feeds and merchant centre
