As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment systems, and develop internal tools to streamline production. Your work will directly enhance the efficiency and reliability of the studio’s development processes, helping the programming and art teams deliver high-quality, performance-focused VR simulations.

What you'll be doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Unreal Engine 5 projects.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment processes using Jenkins, TeamCity, or Unreal Horde.
- Identify and propose improvements to development infrastructure and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with programmers and artists to automate daily tasks and integrate in-house tools.
- Develop and integrate internal software and toolchains to enhance production efficiency.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools such as Terraform.
- Maintain and secure build systems, ensuring reliability and compliance with DevSecOps best practices.
- Write clear technical documentation and mentor junior team members.
- Stay current with emerging DevOps, CI/CD, and Unreal Engine technologies.
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, ideally in games or software development.
- Strong programming skills in PowerShell, Python, and C#.
- Experience with Jenkins, TeamCity, Unreal Horde, or equivalent CI/CD platforms.
- Proficiency with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience configuring build infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
- Understanding of Unreal Engine’s build, automation systems, and project structure.
- Knowledge of test automation and its integration within CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Perforce or Git.
- Experience with containerisation tools such as Docker.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and security best practices in CI/CD environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
