Delivery/Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Treasury Management Systems? We have an exciting opportunity for a TMS Delivery/Project Manager to lead the implementation of a critical Treasury Management System for one of our esteemed clients.

Your Role:

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of the TMS project, from initial scoping and design through to implementation, testing, and post-go-live support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure that the system meets all technical and business requirements, aligns with overall IT strategy, and is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Oversee the integration of the TMS with existing systems, working closely with IT and other departments.
• Regularly report on project progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure that the final solution meets the high standards required for successful Treasury operations.
• Manage change requests and adapt project plans as needed.
• Define and implement a robust post-go-live support model.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale systems implementation projects, ideally within Treasury or financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management best practices and system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Recognised project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
• Experience in international environments, with a preference for those familiar with the UN system or similar organisations.
