Data Scientist in London

As a Data Scientist at this studio in London, it will be your responsibility to push the boundaries of analytics as you work to assure relevant data is identified, analysed and used in actionable insights for all games. If you have a desire to make a real difference using data, this role is for you! 

This fast-growing studio home to a bunch of industry veterans is on a mission to create the best mobile games around through their tight-knit, collaborative environment. Data Scientist key responsibilities: 

  • Define data products to deliver game insights 
  • Develop and iterate on data pipelines 
  • Develop models and dashboards using Looker 
  • Design and implement advanced statistical testing for specific problem-solving needs 
  • Design, develop and deliver predictive models 

Essential requirements for this role in London: 

  • University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Maths, Physics, Engineering or similar 
  • Experience in a Data Scientist or similar role working on quantitative and statistical analysis 
  • Experience using SQL 
  • Experience using Python or R to manage data 
  • Proficient in statistics (distributions, predictive modelling, data validation, statistical testing, regression)

Additionally, the Night Tube, a 24-hour service, is available on Fridays and Saturdays, making getting home after an evening exploring or catching up with friends a breeze. Aside from the Tube, London offers buses, river buses, black cabs, ‘Boris Bikes’ and trams, so getting around the city should never be a problem!
