Remote Customer Services Manager

As a Customer Services Manager at this organisation, you will be taking on a fully remote position during an exciting period of growth for the company as you work to develop a team of customer service experts and handle any customer complaints and queries that come your way. If you’re up for the challenge of taking on a leadership position for a talented team, you could be a great fit for this role. 

Customer Services Manager responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of customer support agents 
  • Ensure your team achieves KPIs 
  • Manage customer expectations professionally 
  • Work on process mapping and continuous improvement 
  • Manage the discount process 
  • Attend client meetings to review customer issues 
  • Integrate data into the client business process 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

  • Experience with customer service teams 
  • Experience in the automotive sector or similar industry, where technical compatibility is part of customer service 
  • Qualifications would be a benefit 
  • Experience of Zendesk, ECAT, Shopify, Linnworks, PowerBI are all desirable 
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as with different teams 
  • Client facing skills and experience 
  • Eye for detail
  • German speaking and written skills are desirable
