Remote Customer Services Advisor

Customer Services Advisor responsibilities: 

  • Interact with customers through email and live chat 
  • Advise specification of parts for vehicles 
  • Support customers in tracking orders 
  • Raise any ongoing issues with the management team 
  • Highlight improvements required within the process 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

  • Extensive automotive knowledge and knowledge of car parts 
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English (and Italian or Spanish would be a huge benefit) 
  • Experience working in a customer services team 
  • Experience working with CRM systems 
  • Experience using Google Suite Apps
