Remote Customer Operations Representative

As a Customer Operations Representative at this fully remote studio, you will be supporting the operations team as they deliver impressive customer service to internal and external clients. Within the role you will onboard new clients, support existing clients, assist the team with demonstrations and plenty more. 

This studio is doing ground-breaking work using the latest VR technology to change the way the medical industry operates. If you want to be involved in shaping the future of surgeons and have the chance to use your skills for something truly meaningful, this is the opportunity for you. 

Customer Operations Representative responsibilities: 

  • Ensure an all-round smooth customer experience 
  • Provide efficient customer service to existing clients via email/phone/video call using a ticketing system 
  • Arrange and facilitate client onboarding sessions 
  • Support demonstrations at live and virtual events 
  • Support international and on demand business travel 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

  • Significant prior experience in a technical support/demonstration role with PC-based tech 
  • Experience working to targets/deadlines 
  • CRM/ticketing system experience 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Understanding of what it means to work in a start-up
