Remote CRM Manager

As a CRM Manager here, you will be joining a leading mobile games publisher based in Africa, with the chance to work fully remotely. Within the role you will be supporting their growth strategy as you build an omni-channel CRM strategy, becoming an expert in this area and owning campaign management and optimisation. 

This game studio is a leading publisher of social games within Africa, working with other studios around the globe to bring their games to the next level, in new markets. CRM Manager responsibilities: 

  • Work to understand and optimise the customer journey 
  • Build, measure and personalise touch points to encourage customer engagement 
  • Own the CRM tool – guide strategy across product and growth 
  • Conduct A/B tests in content campaigns and workflows 
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews 
  • Analyse program performance metrics 
  • Develop campaign documentation 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

  • Significant prior experience managing an omni-channel CRM program 
  • Experience managing a CRM platform such as MoEngage, Customer IO, Braze, Clevertap, etc. 
  • Experience in site analytics, customer pathing, email and SMS marketing 
  • Familiar with database marketing, customer segmentation and customer lifecycle management 
  • Experience implementing new CRM systems 
  • Organised and systems minded 
  • Strong analytical skills
