Creative Marketing Producer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Marketing Producer to join a rapidly growing gaming studio, as part of a mission to build a globally recognized game development hub in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of engaging marketing materials, including video ads, interactive ads, and static visuals for user acquisition campaigns.
• Analyse the performance of marketing creatives to optimize and improve future campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external production partners, freelancers, and agencies, overseeing briefs and feedback.
• Create and refine creative briefs to ensure the production of high-quality marketing assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify areas for creative enhancement.
• Continuously improve creative production workflows and guidelines to boost efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a creative marketing role, preferably within a team or agency environment, with a proven track record of managing high-performance user acquisition assets.
• Experience working with external production agencies and managing freelancers.
• Ability to use data insights and competitor analysis to shape creative strategies.
• Comfortable analysing KPIs and driving performance-based marketing efforts.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects, balancing workflows, and meeting deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for producing outstanding work.
• Familiarity with creative tools or game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• A deep passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry is essential.
