Remote Country Manager:

As a Country Manager you will be taking on a fully remote position during an exciting period of growth for the company. You will be responsible for developing a localised eCommerce strategy and managing initiatives to drive business growth on marketplaces.

Country Manager US key responsibilities: 

  • Drive and identify initiatives to grow client's eCommerce business in the US market 
  • Create merchandising strategies to drive profitable sales growth by analysing regional product performance 
  • Lead a team of 2-3 Marketing Specialists and Product Data Specialists 
  • Using Google Analytics and PowerBI, research and understand regional shopping trends, engagements and opportunities. 
  • Create and manage the sales growth marketing strategies 
  • Create on site experiences to drive conversion and product discovery 
  • Manage translations, making sure they are consistent, engaging and regionally appropriate across all platforms 
  • Working with eCommerce platforms and BI teams on A/B testing strategies and roadmaps 
  • Brief, build and manage content to support local marketing activity with the Head of Sales Growth 
  • Alongside the regional client teams, ensure a seamless customer experience is executed across all channels  
  • Identify any potential issues and actions on how to reduce returns with the customer service team. 
  • Day-today client management 
  • Present analytical data, results and plans at monthly meetings with client and management (travel required) 


Required skills for this Country Manager US role: 

  • Experience working in a management role 
  • Experience working in an eCommerce/digital environment 
  • Experience in an Automotive/Sales environment 
  • Practical stakeholder management skills across the business 
  • Experience working with a delivery team to establish acceptance criteria
