This full-time community management role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. 

As a dedicated Community Manager, you will join the company's community team working on current and future unannounced games. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a studio with a track record of delivering successful AAA titles and learn from other experts in the community and publishing teams as you develop your career with the company. This role will be offered on a hybrid working basis, which means you'll have the opportunity to work from the studio and at home. You will be required to spend approximately one day per week in the studio to facilitate collaboration and engagement.  

In your first few weeks in this Community Manager role, you can expect to: 

  • Generate and host original content for company channels to raise product visibility and awareness 
  • Plan and schedule initiatives to encourage engagement within the relevant communities 
  • Positively engage across all channels as a representative of the company 
  • Work closely with internal teams to better support the gaming communities and communication strategies 
  • Organise and participate in events and groups to build communities and grow awareness

  • A collaborative approach and confidence working in a busy environment 
  • Ability to accurately report and monitor feedback 
  • Willing and able to travel to industry events and conventions 
  • Experience in a similar CM role with an emphasis on live streaming and written content creation 
  • A passion for video games
