To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Monitor and interact with the community on a variety of social channels, acting as a voice for the studio on day-to-day matters, and work with relevant partners in group studios and with a parent company as required on Community-related matters
- Gather, collate, and report on sentiment, and common themes of interest and provide regular reports with comprehensive qualitative and quantitative content information
- Participate in video engagement activities for studio and titles
- Create and propose engagement calendars and campaign ideas to keep players satisfied and informed on an ongoing basis, creating relevant content to support these ideas
- Work with others to create engaging communications to excite our existing players, as well as attracting new players and ensuring both groups are kept informed
To apply for this role, you'll need a minimum of two years Community Management experience on a published title on either PC and or console. You'll also require:
- Great experience on social and video media channels
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, both oral and written
- A calm approach and outlook to solving problems, particularly should any sudden changes or urgent matters arise
- A positive, energetic personality with a can-do mindset
- The ability to interact with influencers or partners on community-related matters
