As a Community Manager at this world-renowned AAA studio, you will be looking after the community within the CIS region so you will be working to interact with communities of the studio’s games and it is essential that you understand the CIS region social media environment, as well as being a fluent Russian speaker. 

This AAA studio is home to one of the bestselling games of all time and is made up of a tight team of talented individuals. As a part of the team here you will benefit from their highly sociable culture as well as a generous holiday allowance and pension scheme. 

Community Manager key responsibilities: 

• Create and execute community management strategies 
• Maximise social media reach and influence community members 
• Create content and maintain social media calendar 
• Identify active community members and help them create community building activities and content to engage the player base 
• Use data to inform recommendations for ongoing community promotion events and messaging 

Essential requirements for this remote role: 

• Previous experience in community management or brand marketing 
• Knowledge of social media networks 
• Understanding of chatbot operations and other social media tools 
• Strong Adobe Photoshop and Premiere skills 
• Fluent in Russian and English
