Community Management Specialist in Singapore 

Do you have experience in increasing player engagement in the games industry? Are you fluent in English and Mandarin? If this sounds like you, keep reading for details of this opportunity! 

As a Community Management Specialist at this studio in Singapore, you will be working to identify issues by looking at forums, social media, and more, and following up by answering customer queries all working towards the goal of increased community engagement. 

For this role it is essential that you are fluent in Mandarin and English, as well as one of the following: Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese. We have openings for this role for each of these languages.

Community Management Specialist responsibilities: 

  • Find issues through the game, forums, media sites, social media, and others 
  • Answer customer queries through tickets, email, online chat, and forums 
  • Establish relationships with player community to strengthen engagement 
  • Collect community feedback 

Key requirements for this role in Singapore: 

  • Previous work experience in the game or technology industry 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and either Vietnamese, Thai, or Bahasa
