Client Success Manager in London

As a Client Success Manager at this studio in London, you will use your extensive business and client success experience as you look after direct engagement with medical device companies as you create, nurture and close customer sales opportunities alongside the sales team. You will also take responsibility over ensuring clients projects are as successful as possible for them as well as the studio, ensuring a smooth delivery of client experience. 

This studio is doing ground-breaking work using the latest VR technology to change the way the medical industry operates. If you want to be involved in shaping the future of surgeons and have the chance to use your skills for something truly meaningful, this is the opportunity for you. 

Client Success Manager responsibilities: 

  • Develop customer engagement 
  • Demonstrate technology both remotely and face to face 
  • Create written proposals and financial terms 
  • Use online, telephone and face to face sales techniques – sell remotely using online tools 

Essential requirements for this role in London: 

  • Medical industry sales experience 
  • Experience working with hospitals and medical device and pharma customers 
  • Understanding of how medical institutions work and how to navigate them and achieve objectives 
  • Telesales and remote sales experience 
  • Experience building relationships with customers over the phone 
  • Extensive face-to-face sales experience 
  • CRM experience (Salesforce/Pipedriver/Agile)
