Our client is seeking a ClickUp Specialist to take ownership of their ClickUp workspace, ensuring it is fully optimised to enhance workflows and drive team efficiency. In this role, you will configure, customise, and manage ClickUp to meet the unique needs of different teams, providing training and support to maximise its effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the ClickUp workspace to align with business processes
• Develop and implement custom solutions, including automations, dashboards, and integrations
• Provide training and support to team members, ensuring effective adoption of ClickUp
• Analyse existing workflows and suggest improvements using ClickUp's features
• Collaborate with departments to create tailored setups that enhance productivity
• Stay updated on ClickUp’s latest features and implement relevant updates
• Document best practices and usage guidelines for the company

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience with ClickUp, including advanced features and customisation
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of various methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
