As a talented Cinematic Animator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and should expect a variety of issues and challenges across various areas of the game. You'll work directly with studio management, animators and producers to bring characters alive and realize the cinematic vision for the company's games.

In your first few weeks in this Cinematic Animator role, you can expect to:

  • Animate complete cinematic scenes
  • Accomplish realistic results that create memorable scenes and trailers
  • Work with the animation department, other artists and producers to certify cinematic quality and deadlines
  • Be responsible for character animations in cinematic elements of the game and marketing material
  • Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team to create the best player experience possible

To apply for this cinematic animation role, you will need at least 3 years of professional animation experience. You will also require the following:

  • Working experience in Maya and Motion Builder
  • Expertise in animation reels demonstrating a relevant and high-level animation skillset
  • An understanding and passion for video games
  • Experience developing AAA titles on multiple platforms (ideal)
  • Practical knowledge of programming languages such as Python and C#/C++ (preferable)
