A Change Manager opportunity is available for a skilled professional to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing the change management process within EUROCONTROL iNM to ensure successful implementation of IT changes with minimal disruption. The position offers remote work with occasional visits to Brussels.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Follow established change management processes and document all steps, approvals, and communications.
  • Evaluate proposed changes to understand their potential impacts on systems, processes, and stakeholders.
  • Apply basic technical knowledge (e.g., servers, networks, databases, applications) to assess risks and impacts of changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, impact analysis, and effective change planning.
  • Create change reports based on KPIs and SLAs, presenting them to stakeholders in relevant forums.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews (PIRs) and ensure corrective actions to reduce unsuccessful or failed changes.

You Have:

    • 4-6 years of experience in Change Management.
    • Knowledge of ITSM tools.
    • Basic technical knowledge of core technologies such as servers, networks, and databases.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
    • Excellent collaboration and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
