In the role of Change Management Lead you will utilising your strong technical skills to align and collaborate across global finance teams and develop a business change network. You will be able to put your passion for developing creative ways to optimise engagement and learning into action as a part of an innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the development and execution of integrated change management plans by collaborating closely with other finance functions and stakeholders to bridge gaps
• Applying structured methodology to lead change management initiatives and address the changes in effects
• Identifying, defining, measuring, and tracking the benefits and outcomes that are required of programmes
• Collaborate, align and liaise with other internal programmes, channel owners and key stakeholders
• Support the Finance requirements in the global rollout of new tools, products & markets
• Define and manage adoption monitoring and sustainment activities and measure people change KPIs.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field and equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in finance, software implementation, or business-related fields and experience in a role in stakeholder management, influence and alignment
• Relevant Change Management experience or a similar role in a software or technology company
• Project management skills within an ERP environment
• Ability to identify and translate requirements for Change Management into clear and measurable work products
• Experience using accounting software packages such as Workday Financials, Oracle, SAP, or Netsuite
