Are you an education program manager or marketing professional with experience delivering large-scale initiatives across schools, youth communities, or learning ecosystems?

We’re hiring an Education Program Manager to lead the development and expansion of a digital learning initiative designed to introduce students and educators to game-based STEM learning and digital skills development. This role focuses on program strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable marketing execution within the education sector.

About The Role

As Education Program Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of a national education initiative designed to connect gaming, technology, and STEM-based learning. You will be responsible for expanding the program to reach more schools, educators, and students while ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.

Working closely with internal teams, vendors, government bodies, and education institutions, you will manage complex projects that combine marketing strategy, education partnerships, and youth engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Education Ecosystem Planning & Program Execution

  • Lead the planning and delivery of scalable education programs designed for schools and youth audiences
  • Translate marketing objectives into structured project plans including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management
  • Manage program budgets and ensure disciplined cost control aligned with performance metrics
  • Track key program metrics such as school participation, audience engagement, and acquisition outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale education initiatives over time

Stakeholder Management & Partnerships

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, agencies, consultants, and partners to deliver program objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, education authorities, and government agencies
  • Develop practical program frameworks that allow schools to adopt and implement initiatives easily
  • Manage licensing, permits, and regulatory approvals required for program delivery
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to ensure smooth and compliant execution

Marketing Communications & Program Promotion

  • Develop compelling messaging and storytelling around program initiatives and campaigns
  • Deliver marketing activations across channels including press, social media, and on-ground events
  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs to evaluate program performance
  • Produce post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future program improvements

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing communications, or stakeholder partnership roles
  • Experience working with education programs, youth initiatives, or public sector partnerships is highly desirable
  • Background in gaming, esports, technology, or FMCG marketing environments is a plus

Skills

  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate complex program objectives into clear and actionable plans
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with diverse audiences

Knowledge & Interests

  • Passion for gaming, youth culture, or esports ecosystems
  • Interest in education technology, digital learning, or STEM-focused initiatives

Languages

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin language skills are an advantage

Working Style

  • Proactive and independent with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments
