We are seeking a collaborative and inclusive Business Development Manager to join our client's welcoming and friendly games company. This full-time business development role is based in Toronto, Canada, and comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a guiding force and owner of central partnerships, including key global distribution partnerships. You will provide a thoughtful insight which will empower the company to deliver its defined goals and approach to its key partners in the smoothest way possible.

In your first few weeks in this Business Development Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Provide thought guidance, educate various internal stakeholders about customer trends, and identify investment opportunities for growth
  • Own KPIs, business reviews and P&L management
  • Encourage adoption of products, including tools to implement effective integrations, reporting tools, etc.
  • Work closely with technology teams to inform the product roadmap and provide feedback on product requirements
  • Partner with the executive team to support central business plans for the organisation

Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements are also essential. You will also need to be an expert at identifying and implementing successful partnership deals and large-scale marketing deals.

As a vital member of the team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, our client will provide a favourable salary and the following benefits:

  • 6.5 weeks of paid vacation
  • A game launch bonus structure
  • Relocation assistance
  • A flexible schedule and work location
  • Healthcare and benefits
