Brand Manager responsibilities: 

• Develop brand marketing strategy 
• Align with all stakeholders 
• Oversee the development of each game’s brand identity and materials 
• Manage development and implementation of marketing activities and campaign beats 
• Ensure paid media is working as required 
• Analyse feedback to help shape future plans and game content 
• Manage the marketing budget 
• Lead and mentor junior members of the brand team 

Key requirements for this role in Farnborough: 

• Significant prior experience in a brand marketing role at a game developer or publisher 
• Expert understanding of brand and marketing management 
• Able to plan and execute challenging projects on time and to budget 
• Experience developing creative briefs, managing ass, managing asset development and critiquing assets 
• Experience working with diverse teams of different seniorities, views and backgrounds 
• Passionate about video games 
• Strong written communication skills 
• Thrives on feedback
