As a Benefits Analyst, you will work closely with the Reward team and the broader People, Inclusion and Culture (PIC) teams to build knowledge of benefits, focusing on data accuracy and providing outstanding customer service.
In your first few weeks in this Benefits Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Provide support in relation to all benefits-related queries
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Liaise with external advisors, consultants and brokers
- Perform system tests and audits for data accuracy, integrity, functionality.
To apply for this Benefits Analyst role, you will need an understanding of employee life cycle administration and HR business processes. You will also require the following:
- Time management, organisational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail as well as follow-through ability, analytical/problem-solving skills, and sound judgement
- The ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and exercise appropriate judgment
- Experience working in cross-functional groups, across multiple countries (desirable).
