Our client has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and skilled Benefits Administrator to work on a remote basis. This contract remote Enterprise Tech role is for six months and offers a rate of €150 per day and the opportunity to be part of a positive and diverse workplace culture. 

As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for benefits administration in the EMEA region. You will resolve cases, enter benefits data in the system for our client's employees and help resolve requests relating to a project or an escalated employee issue. 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: 

  • Take an active part in the process transition from client to office 
  • Collaborate with the client to resolve requests they may have related to a project or an escalated employee issue 
  • Define the processes to support the service delivery of the international benefits solution aligned to the global strategy, from a process and client value creation perspective. 

To apply for this flexible Benefits Administrator role, you will need experience in the English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent). You will also require the following: 

  • Process implementation experience 
  • Procedure (SOPs, Work Instructions) writing experience 
  • Business experience gained in a multinational company 
  • Experience in the HR/Benefits Administration area would be an asset.
