As a Belgian Payroll Specialist, you will support the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client(s) deadlines. You will also work with management to provide the best service to clients by delivering functional and technical expertise
In your first few weeks in this Belgian Payroll Specialist role, you can expect to:
- Support Managers with client engagement ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time
- Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives
- Provide daily functional support to the teams to support the successful delivery of payrolls
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook
- Undertake updating, maintaining and enforcing the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation
To apply for this Payroll Specialist role, you will need a BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will also require:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment
- Knowledge of payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
