Skillsearch is looking for an exceptional SAP payroll professional to join a Belgium-based team. This remote Belgian Payroll Consultant role is for an eight-month contract and comes with an attractive daily rate of up to €725. 

As a Payroll Consultant, you will have overall accountability with respect to the technical and functional implementation of the project. You will apply best practices, country-specific knowledge, and technical know-how to ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications. 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: 

  • Lead overall architecture definition and deliverables planning for the project assigned 
  • Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review and alignment of deliverables 
  • Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the project currently assigned with 
  • Provide subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources assigned to the project. 

To apply for this role, you will need SAP payroll functional/technical implementation and configuration experience. You will also require: 

  • Extensive leadership and implementation experience on SAP payroll implementations 
  • Consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and mastery of enterprise solutions design 
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail while maintaining overall understanding of the big picture 
  • Proven ability to effectively respond to changing and conflicting priorities.
