Battle Planning & Design in Shibuya

Working on Battle Planning and Design at this studio in Shibuya, you will take on a range of responsibilities including character design, looking after control systems, creating planning materials, and loads more! 

Please note, it is essential that you are fluent in Japanese to be successful within this role. 

With two decades of development on their back, this studio is set for plenty of future success with their brand-new upcoming IP! If you like the sound of working with a veteran team, you’ll be the perfect fit for this role! 

Battle Planning & Design key responsibilities: 

  • Create characters, enemies and control systems 
  • Take on responsibility for AI settings 
  • Prepare planning materials, specification documents and other materials 
  • Manager combat-related functions and designs 

Essential requirements for this role in Shibuya: 

  • Fluent in Japanese 
  • Confident using Office to create data files 
  • Experience with combat planning in Unreal Engine or Unity 
  • Able to use Photoshop, Illustrator and other similar tools for image editing 
  • Experience in a Task Designer role in game development 
  • Experience working with PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One platforms or similar
