Associate Product Manager

A top-tier mobile gaming company is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual with a passion for mobile games to play a key role in driving growth and optimising in-game features. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mobile gaming market and be experienced in working with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage in-game content, including scheduling, designing, and analysing live ops events, seasonal promotions, and game economy.
• Set up in-game balancing for events, promotions, and features to a high standard.
• Analyse product and live ops performance, using data insights to optimise features and events.
• Design, run, and monitor A/B tests to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Design, UI, Engineering, and QA teams to develop new features and enhance the player experience.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis focused on the mobile gaming industry.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, or 1+ year in product management or free-to-play game design.
• Proficiency in Unity or similar game engines, working with balanced data.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with SQL, BI platforms, and free-to-play models.
• Knowledge of top-grossing mobile games and strong UI/UX design sensibility.
