Remote Associate Producer

As an Associate Producer at this studio, you will have the chance to work fully remotely from within British Columbia, or onsite at the studio in Vancouver. Within the role you will use your leadership experience and communication skills to manage projects, schedules and team members, and generally ensure games are the best they can possibly be.

Associate Producer key responsibilities: 

  • Drive game development from pre-production through to final release 
  • Ensure budgets are met 
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision 
  • Drive the product quality and enable the team to do great work 
  • Communicate the game vision across all disciplines 
  • Run daily standups 
  • Assess and identify risks and mitigate them early 
  • Create and maintain project management documents 

Essential requirements for this remote role: 

  • Significant prior experience in Game Production 
  • Have worked on one or more shipped game 
  • Experience in project management practices and software packages such as JIRA 
  • Scheduling and documentation skills 
  • Able to understand the technical side of the work 
  • Passionate about games
