 Associate Art Manager in Leamington Spa

We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Art Manager to join an innovative studio in Leamington Spa. The studio uses cutting-edge technology to create stunning game play and excite and thrill their loyal player base. The studio believes that making great games should be fun, which has led to them winning an award for being a great place to work this year.

This AAA Leamington Spa studio is looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Art Manager to assist in overseeing production for their art team for a world class established title. As an Associate Art Manager, you will work closely with the Art Director, Art manager and the production team to over see the creation and completion of high-quality art content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a good understanding of art, design and technical fundamentals. Your keen eye for detail and experience with AAA titles will enable you to quickly and efficiently identify and solve problems. The Associate Art Manager will liaise with many different disciplines so you must be approachable and a strong communicator.

Associate Art Manager responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the art team
  • Identify risks and counteract them

Key requirements for this role in Leamington Spa:

  • Track record in the managing and delivering high performance assets for AAA titles
  • Strong knowledge of art production processes
  • Able to identify project risks and deal with them appropriately
  • Experience in leadership and management
