Assistant Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join an innovative and dynamic team in Munich. Responsibilities:

• Checking, recording, and allocating all incoming invoices.
• Preparing outgoing invoices.
• Maintaining master data for customers and vendors.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Handling general organisational office tasks.

Key Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent English.
• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented work ethic.
