As a Senior Asset Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of our game. You will collaborate with teams across departments to meet deadlines, handle resources to stay within scope, meet production deadlines, and develop innovative processes when roadblocks are hit.
In your first few weeks in this Asset Production Manager role, you can expect to:
- Lead the Art and Cinematics production team in managing the daily operations of Asset Production for the project
- Enable the Game Director to achieve his/her creative vision
- Partner with the Management and Supervisors to understand the overall game vision and requirements + communicate them across the production floor
- Craft and maintain project plans and schedules
- Monitor the project budget and overall planning while ensuring production runs smoothly
To apply for this role, you'll need to be a highly organised and systematic leader with excellent communication and people management skills. You'll also require:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in a game development or VFX / animation environment publishing AAA game projects
- Expertise with Shotgrid, Hansoft, Jira or other similar Project Management software
- The ability to quickly learn proprietary tools
- The ability to deliver large, complex projects (quality standards, budget constraints and effective team output)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
