Skillsearch's client, a remote-first game studio, is looking for a talented and collaborative Art Producer to join a thriving remote team. This character artist role comes with a generous salary, many excellent benefits and the chance to progress your career at a thriving company.
As an Art Producer, you will proactively assist and unblock the art team. You will develop and maintain dependency-driven asset schedules to ensure the successful, on-time release of high-quality content.
In your first few weeks in this Lead Character Artist role, you can expect to:
- Collaborate closely with the art teams to efficiently guide characters and other assets from concept to launch
- Work in tandem with the Senior Production team to achieve project milestones, taking into account available resources and priorities
- Utilise project management tools to track progress and ensure the timely completion of all tasks.
To apply for this role, you will need prior experience in a production capacity, overseeing art teams in the development and delivery of high-quality art, preferably characters. You will also require the following:
- Good understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, as well as established project management practices
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication abilities in both written and spoken English
- A genuine passion for video games (MOBAs are a plus).
