Art Outsourcing Manager

As a flexible Art Outsource Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors, working with an internal team to develop strategies for delivering high-quality, cost-effective assets. 

In your first few weeks in this Art Outsource Manager role, you can expect to: 

• Execute creative briefs for external partners that work towards delivering assets that align with the greater development strategy 
• Work closely with Art Directors and Leads to set and communicate the visual quality of external art assets 
• Collaborate with production to organise, track, and maintain external assets for the project 
• Manage art packages for vendors and development partners on the project 

To apply, you will need 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with at least one shipped title under your belt. You'll also require: 

• A background in creating game art 
• In-depth knowledge of 3D art principles and use of DCC (Maya/3Ds Max, Zbrush, Substance, etc) 
• Experience with production tools like Jira or similar software
