Art Manager in Offenburg

As an Art Manager at this studio in Offenburg, you will be working on an exciting upcoming project within the 3D art team, reporting directly to the Technical Art Director. Taking on responsibility for the coordination of internal and external 3D art production, you will be building roadmaps, managing dependencies, improving communication, and more! 

This studio is made up of a team of industry veterans who specialise in creating high-quality games across a range of genres. With backing from one of the biggest, most successful parent companies around, this studio is set for great success. 

Art Manager key responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and track schedules, identify risks and opportunities with team leads 
  • Communicate with other department leads, define priorities, manage dependencies 
  • Manage 3D asset production for internal 3D art teams 
  • Manage the art team’s deliverables 
  • Track the art outsourcing budget 

Essential requirements for this role in Offenburg: 

  • Significant experience at a game studio in an Art Producer or similar role 
  • Skilled in one or more art discipline production processes 
  • Experience in art production budget tracking 
  • Able to drive a team in a multicultural environment 
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies 
  • Passion for video games and quality
