As the Art Director at this studio in Barcelona, you will be taking a hands-on role in defining the art vision of their new project and looking after key game assets, building impressive and exciting worlds and characters for mobile games.

Art Director key responsibilities:

• Decide on the art vision and IP for new game projects
• Push the limits of art creation in order to excel in quality
• Coach teams on art and IP creation
• Assist teams in creating effective production pipelines
• Manage the studio/project alignment and needs with other departments

Essential requirements for this role in Barcelona:

• Significant prior experience as an Art Director or Head of Art in the games industry
• Experience of managing multiple projects
• Strong gamer background
• Experienced in negotiations and change management
