ADP - Payroll Consultant

Are you an experienced Workday consultant looking for a long-term, fully remote engagement supporting a major enterprise programme?

We’re seeking a Workday specialist to provide staff augmentation for a large-scale project beginning in early 2026. If you have strong Workday functional expertise, excel in remote delivery, and enjoy supporting multi-phase enterprise implementations, this opportunity offers a stable and extended project runway.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Workday workstreams as part of an enterprise-wide programme.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery across all phases.
• Assisting with configuration, testing, requirements clarification, and documentation where needed.
• Maintaining consistent communication with project leads and stakeholders.
• Providing expert input to ensure quality, scalability, and continuity throughout the engagement.
• Working independently and managing tasks within a large, distributed remote team.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on Workday functional experience (any relevant module).
• Background supporting enterprise-scale Workday projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage deliverables proactively.
• Based in North America is preferred for time zone alignment.
• No Workday certifications required.

Project details:

• 32 hours per week
• Fully remote
• Enterprise staff augmentation role
