If you want to play a key role in developing relationships with world-renowned clients in the gaming industry, Skillsearch has an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a full-time Account Manager in London to support client outreach and run key client accounts. This role offers a salary of £43,000 and an excellent benefits package. 

As an Account Manager, you will play an integral role in the client services team, developing client relationships with a focus on service quality, client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will also support the implementation of client services strategies in line with the overall business plan across account management, marketing, and business development. 

If you were already working in this Account Manager role, here are some tasks you might have done this week: 

  • Own the day-to-day running of key client accounts, working alongside creative and production departments to ensure project success and client satisfaction 
  • Qualify incoming client opportunities, briefs, RFPs and OTTs and identify opportunities to add value 
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including case studies, showreels, website updates and PR opportunities and presentations to increase the company's profile 
  • Build and maintain the company's existing client database, including names, emails, org charts, and locations 

Prior experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role is required to apply. You must have excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as the ability to produce marketing strategies and materials.
