Are you an experienced 3D Character Artist passionate about bringing memorable, lifelike characters to the screen?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented creative team where you’ll help shape the next generation of visually stunning characters for an upcoming title.

The role...

You’ll take characters from concept to completion, crafting high-quality 3D assets that bring imagination to life. Working closely with concept artists, animators, and riggers, you’ll ensure each character fits seamlessly into the visual and technical direction of the project.

This role offers a competitive salary, strong career growth potential, and the chance to work in a collaborative, international environment with flexible working arrangements and a focus on work-life balance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create detailed, production-ready 3D character models based on concepts and references.
  • Sculpt high-poly characters and create optimized low-poly models for in-game use.
  • Texture assets using Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools to achieve the desired style.
  • Collaborate with concept artists, riggers, and animators to ensure seamless character integration.
  • Maintain artistic and technical consistency across all assets.
  • Participate in feedback sessions, iterating on designs to achieve the highest quality possible.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a 3D Character Artist in games or film, or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent ability.
  • Proficiency in ZBrush, Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max, along with Substance Painter and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, form, proportion, and surface detailing.
  • Experience creating both stylised and realistic characters.
  • Familiarity with modern game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Why join:

  • Competitive salary and structured onboarding with personalised training.
  • Flexible hybrid working and a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • High growth potential in an ambitious and supportive studio environment.
  • Opportunity to work alongside talented professionals in a dynamic, international setting.
  • A creative and collaborative atmosphere where your ideas can make a real impact.
