As a 2D Senior Artist at this start-up studio, you will have the chance to work fully remotely as you work on highly polished, intuitive games, working with the Art Lead to create amazing assets to be used in game, having a great impact on the final game product. 

This studio is in the early stages of growth and are determined to make the world’s most popular action RPG game for mobile. As a part of the team, you will get to enjoy stock options, flexible working conditions, a pension scheme, free drinks, social events, and more! 

2D Senior Artist responsibilities: 

• Ensure UI designs work seamlessly as a part of the art direction 

• Build concepts for 2D artwork across the game 
• Optimise the UI pipeline and delivery of final assets 
• Implement final assets into the game 
• Create supporting material for community and event messaging 
• Ensure consistency of UI design across all materials 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work 
• Strong visual design skills 
• Working knowledge of Unity 
• Practical understanding of UX/communication design conventions 

• Understanding of the UI pipeline within game production 
• Proficient with Unity, vector graphics tools, Photoshop, After Effects, Video editing 
• Experience working on shipping games
