The wait is over! We’re so pleased to share with you the results of our first ever HR & Finance Systems Salary and Satisfaction Survey.
The purpose of the survey is to shed light on all aspects of working in HR and finance systems, with the goal of allowing salary transparency as well as opening up meaningful conversations surrounding benefits, job hunting expectations and much more. In addition, each year we will include bonus topics relevant to both the industry and the events of the last twelve months. For our first ever survey in this field we chose the Cost of Living Crisis, IR35 and The 4 Day Work Week, which we hope will offer some interesting insight into workers views of these areas.
Our Operations Team have been hard at work for the last couple of months, analysing each response to the survey in order to be able to bring you an in-depth report regarding what is happening in HR and Finance Systems and what we can expect for 2024.
